At VTL Boutique Spas + Wellness, every reservation, service and product is carefully planned and reserved especially for you.
To make sure we deliver the best possible experience for all guests — and respect the time of our professionals — we’ve outlined our policies below in a clear and transparent way.
By reserving time for an appointment, purchasing a service, membership, gift certificate or boutique product, you agree to the following terms:
Reservations & Card on File
To secure any reservation, we require a valid credit card on file. This applies to all bookings, including individual reservations, members, gift certificates, promotions or partner referrals.
Your card is not charged at the time of booking, unless clearly stated as part of a prepaid promotion. However, it allows us to enforce our cancellation and no-show policies when necessary.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 6 business hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
When changes are made with less than 6 business hours’ notice, it is considered a late cancellation. In those cases, 50% of the total value of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the card on file. This helps compensate our therapists for the reserved time that cannot be filled on short notice.
No-Shows
When a guest does not arrive for their reservation, it is considered a no-show.
Unfortunately, no-shows prevent us from accommodating other guests and directly impact our team, in this case the full value of the reservation will be charged to the card on file.
Late Arrivals (Please Read Carefully)
We completely understand that traffic, parking and unexpected delays happen — we truly do.
For that reason, we offer a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled reservation time.
If arriving within those 10 minutes, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please note that your session may be shortened so we can stay on time for the next guest.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your reservation may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a last-minute cancellation, which results in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).
Our goal is always to be fair, kind and respectful — both to you and to our professionals.
Medical Emergencies
Life happens.
If you experience a true medical emergency, cancellation or no-show fees may be waived at management’s discretion. In some cases, documentation may be requested.
Membership Policy
Members follow the same cancellation, late arrival and no-show rules as non-members.
If a member cancels late, 50% of the service value is charged to the card on file, even if the service would normally use a membership credit.
In the case of a no-show:

If a rollover or available membership credit exists, that credit will be forfeited

If no credit is available, the full-service value will be charged to the card on file. All applicable under the exclusive VIP member rate.
Gift Certificates
To use a gift certificate, it must be provided at the time of booking. A valid credit card on file is still required, and all regular policies apply.
Gift certificates are issued in two different formats, and how they can be used depends on the type purchased.
Service-Specific Gift Certificates
Service-specific gift certificates are valid only for the exact service listed on the certificate.
They cannot be converted into cash value, transferred, or used toward other services, retail products, memberships, packages or promotions.
If you’d like to enhance your experience — such as adding enhancements, upgrades, additional time, or take-home products — those items are not included and must be paid separately at the current regular price. We’re always happy to go over pricing with you before your service.
Any unused value from a service-specific gift certificate cannot be applied to anything other than the service listed.
Dollar-Amount Gift Certificates
Dollar-amount gift certificates offer more flexibility. They may be redeemed toward:

Any regular-priced service, or
-
Retail products available in our boutique
They cannot be redeemed as cash, used toward memberships, or combined with promotions or discounts. If your purchase exceeds the gift card amount, the remaining balance is simply paid at checkout. If your purchase does not exceed the gift certificate amount, the remaining balance stays linked to the same gift certificate and can be redeemed at a future date.
Gift Certificate Expiration (California Law)
In the State of California, the cash value paid for a gift certificate never expires.
However, promotional or bonus value received as part of a special offer may have an expiration date.
If a promotional value expires, the bonus is forfeited — but the original amount paid remains valid. You may redeem the gift certificate towards the same exact service purchased, subtract the expired promotional value, and pay the remaining balance of that service at its regular rate (non-promotional value rate) at the time of redemption. Not redeemable for cash or used towards gratuity.
Promotions, Specials & Partner Referrals
Promotions, vouchers, specials and partner referrals are always offered with specific terms and expiration dates, which vary by offer.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, these offers:

Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions

Cannot be used toward memberships or retail products

Are not redeemable as cash

Are valid only toward regular-priced treatments
Pricing Policy
All prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.
VTL Boutique Spas + Wellness reserves the right to update menus, pricing, promotions and policies as needed.
Retail Boutique – Exchanges
We want you to feel confident and happy with your boutique purchase.
Retail items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, with a valid receipt, as long as the item is returned in perfect, resalable condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products must be:

Unused and unopened

Not tested, worn or tampered with

In original packaging
-
With all seals, labels and protective elements intact
Used, opened or damaged items — as well as final sale, promotional items and gift cards — are not eligible for exchange.
We do not offer cash refunds on boutique purchases. Approved exchanges may be made for the same item or another item of equal or greater value, with any price difference paid by the guest.
General Business Guidelines
To maintain a calm, safe and respectful environment:

Disrespectful, aggressive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated

We reserve the right to refuse service or future bookings if policies are violated

We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings
