Reservation Requirements

• Reservations are required in advance.
• Must book through the Resort Concierge: (714) 845-8000.
• Must mention "VTL SPAS VIP" when making reservations.
• Reservations should be made at least one (1) day in advance whenever possible.
• All resort benefits are subject to availability, blackout dates, occupancy levels, and partner participation.
• Blackout dates and citywide event restrictions may apply.

Cancellation Policy

• After the initial 3-month commitment, members may cancel their membership by providing at least 7 days' written notice before their next scheduled billing cycle.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to the member's home location:

• Cancellation requests submitted by phone, text, social media, online messaging platforms, or in person will not be accepted.
• Memberships will remain active until a written cancellation request is received, reviewed, and processed by management.
• A membership is not considered canceled until the member receives an official cancellation confirmation email.
• The cancellation confirmation email will include the effective cancellation date and all applicablenpolicies regarding any remaining rollover credits.
• Members are responsible for ensuring their cancellation request is submitted before the required notice period.
• Any membership charge processed before proper notice is received and confirmed will not be refunded.
• Failure to receive a cancellation confirmation email means the membership remains active and
  subject to all applicable billing terms.

Billing Policy

• Membership dues are charged every 30 days from the member's enrollment date.
• Billing dates may vary slightly due to weekends, bank holidays, processing schedules, or financial institution delays.
• Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file.
• Failed or declined payments may result in the suspension of membership benefits until the account is brought current.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.

Credit & Service Policy

• Membership treatment credits roll over for up to 6 months.
• Unused credits remaining in a member's account for more than 6 months will expire and be permanently forfeited.
• Membership credits are intended to be redeemed as a service credit and do not function as a cash-value account.
• If a member redeems a membership credit for a service with a lower value than their membership tier credit, any unused difference is automatically forfeited. No remaining balance, store credit, rollover credit, refund, gift card, or future credit will be issued.
• Example: An Elevate VIP Member with a $135 membership credit who chooses a $105 service — without adding upgrades, enhancements, or additional services — forfeits the remaining $30 difference permanently. The unused balance will not be refunded, credited, rolled over, converted to a gift card, or applied toward future services.
• Membership credits may not be split between multiple services or appointments unless otherwise approved by management.
• Complimentary membership amenities — including Infrared Sauna, Whole-Body Vibration, Normatec Compression, Gaya Grounding Mat, Ionic Toxin Cleanse, and all other monthly member perks — do not roll over unless otherwise specified.
• Members have from the 1st through the last day of each month to use their monthly complimentary inclusions unless otherwise specified.

Complimentary Wellness Amenities

• Complimentary wellness amenities are available only before or after a scheduled spa appointment.
• Monthly complimentary amenities not used within the designated month are forfeited and may not be carried forward.
• All complimentary amenities require advance scheduling and are subject to availability. Availability is not guaranteed.
• Members must schedule complimentary wellness amenities at least one (1) day in advance. Same-day availability is not guaranteed.
• Complimentary wellness amenities may be limited by provider schedules, operating hours, room availability, holidays, maintenance, staffing levels, or other operational factors.
• All complimentary membership amenities and wellness sessions are available only while the membership remains active and in good standing.
• Once a membership is canceled, terminated, expired, or otherwise becomes inactive, all unused
  complimentary amenities and perks are immediately forfeited and may not be redeemed, scheduled, transferred, converted to credits, or exchanged for gift cards — even if the member has already paid for the current billing period.

Post-Termination Credit Policy

Upon cancellation of a membership, any eligible rollover credits remaining in the member's account will be
governed by the following terms:

• Eligible rollover credits may be used for up to thirty (30) days following the effective cancellation date, as specified in the official cancellation confirmation email.
• During this 30-day period, rollover credits may be used as an even exchange for the service included in the former membership.
• Rollover credits may also be applied toward a different service; the member is responsible for paying any applicable price difference for higher-priced services.
• If a rollover credit is redeemed toward a lower-priced service, any unused balance is automatically forfeited and will not be refunded, credited, rolled over, or converted into any other form of value.
• All appointments must be scheduled and completed within the 30-day period stated in the cancellation confirmation email.
• Any unused rollover credits remaining after the 30-day post-cancellation period will expire immediately and be permanently forfeited.
• Complimentary amenities, wellness sessions, welcome gifts, Ionic Toxin Cleanse sessions, Wellness Elixirs, and other membership perks are not considered rollover credits and expire immediately upon cancellation.

Conversion of Credits to Gift Cards

• Eligible unused rollover credits may be converted into individual gift cards if requested before the expiration date stated in the cancellation confirmation email.
• Each rollover credit converts into one (1) individual gift card valued at the membership service value applicable at the time of conversion.
• Gift cards issued through credit conversion will not expire once issued.
• Gift cards may be used strictly as cash value toward regularly priced services only.
• Gift cards may not be used toward membership pricing, promotional pricing, discounted services, retail products, packages, memberships, gift certificate purchases, or partner benefits.

Additional Restrictions

• Only one (1) rollover credit or one (1) converted gift card may be used per visit, per person.
• Multiple gift cards may not be combined to pay for a single service unless otherwise approved by management.
• Credits and gift cards may not be redeemed for cash.
• Credits and gift cards may not be exchanged for retail merchandise.
• Credits, gift cards, and membership benefits remain non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.
• Any unused rollover credits not redeemed, converted, or used before the expiration date stated in the cancellation confirmation email will expire and be permanently removed from the member's account.

Resort Partner Benefits Restrictions

• Membership credits, rollover credits, converted gift cards, complimentary amenities, and all membership-related benefits may not be redeemed, transferred, or applied toward any services, amenities, room reservations, dining, pool access, cabana rentals, bonfires, retail, or any other offerings at Drift by VTL Resort Spa at The Waterfront Resort.
• Resort partner benefits are limited solely to the advertised member discount program and are subject to the policies, availability, and restrictions established by The Waterfront Resort and participating partners.
• Membership credits, rollover credits, and converted gift cards have no value outside of VTL Boutique Spas and Wellness (Dana Point) and Vida Organic Wellness (Seal Beach).
• Converted gift cards may only be redeemed at VTL Boutique Spas and Wellness (Dana Point) and Vida Organic Wellness (Seal Beach). They may not be used at Drift a VTL Spa, The Waterfront Resort, partner businesses, dining venues, pool facilities, or any third-party location.

Refund & Transfer Policy

• Services, credits, membership fees, and enrollment fees are non-refundable.
• Credits, services, memberships, and promotional benefits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Membership benefits, credits, and promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, specials, packages, gift certificates, or promotional offers unless otherwise specified by management.

Booking, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

• Standard spa booking, rescheduling, cancellation, late arrival, and no-show policies apply to all membership services and benefits.
• Provider requests are accommodated whenever possible but are not guaranteed.
• All membership services, complimentary amenities, wellness sessions, and member perks require advance scheduling and are subject to availability.
• Members are encouraged to schedule at least one (1) day in advance. Requested appointment times are not guaranteed and may not be available.

Additional Membership Terms

• Membership benefits, pricing, services, inclusions, complimentary amenities, partner benefits, and promotional offerings may change at any time at the sole discretion of management.
• Membership benefits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, credit card refunds, account credits, or monetary compensation.
• Membership accounts are intended for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise distributed.
• Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for abuse of membership privileges, inappropriate behavior, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, excessive cancellations, repeated no-shows, or violations of spa policies.
• If a member initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, management reserves the right to immediately suspend membership benefits and recover any services, products, discounts, or credits received but not paid for.
• In the event a service, provider, location, or amenity becomes unavailable, management may substitute a comparable service, provider, or benefit at its discretion.
• Membership benefits may not be used for third-party services, contracted providers, special events, gratuities, taxes, charitable donations, or administrative fees unless specifically authorized by management.
• Management shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, utility outages, labor shortages, facility closures, or other force majeure events.
