We’ve been sold the idea that wellness looks like balance.
Perfect meals.

And when we can’t keep up with that ideal?
We assume we’re failing.

Why Perfectionism Works Against Your Body
Perfectionism feels productive. It looks disciplined. It sounds like “I’ll start again Monday.”
But biologically and energetically, perfection creates stress.
