Ayurveda: Always a Student

Even after years of study, including clinical Ayurvedic medicine training, I have found that Ayurveda is a lifelong learning journey. The more I practice it personally and professionally, the more I realize how deep and expansive this wisdom is. I make it a priority to keep studying—not just for myself, but for the clients and guests who trust me and my team to guide them toward better health and vitality.

Books have been one of my greatest teachers. Whether you are completely new to Ayurveda or you’ve been practicing for years, there are certain works that offer profound insight and inspiration. Some are more introductory, perfect for learning the basics; others go deeper into philosophy, herbalism, and therapeutic applications.
