Membership Tiers Explained:

55 monthly fee + full access to our exclusive VIP pricing by paying the difference between 55 and the VIP service price selected *or* activate 20% OFF towards the Regular Rate Pricing Option.
Membership Benefits
• Flexible Credits:
VIP Monthly Membership fees convert into service any service credit.
Credits may be used for even exchange-inclusive services or applied toward other participating VIP Service Pricing (Member is responsible for paying the difference).
• Exclusive VIP Pricing:
Additional services in the same month are billed at VIP rates.
• Additional Guest Privileges:
Unlimited number of guests visiting with you on the same day may enjoy VIP rates.
This is subject to availability. If desired date and time are unavailable this is not applicable to be extended for other day(s).
• Credit Rollover:
Unused credits roll over for up to six (6) months. After six months, credits convert to cash value applicable toward non-member services only and redeemable one (1) per service, per visit, per person.
• Rollover Credit Usage for Active Members:
As a current standing, valued Member, you may combine and apply multiple rollover credits toward other available services. When applicable, VIP member service pricing will apply. Please Note:
o No refunds or cash back will be issues of the total credit value exceeding the cost of the service.
Example: If you choose to apply two (2) $105 credits ($210 total) toward a service valued at $199, the difference if $11 will be forfeited and not refunded.
o Alternatively, you may choose to use a single credit and pay the difference between the credit value and the service price.
o Credits must still be used in compliance with the rollover expiration policy outlined above.
• Membership Termination & Rollover Policy
In the event that a Member elects to terminate their monthly membership, any accrued rollover credits shall remain subject to the following restrictions:
o Rollover credits cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, exchanged for retail merchandise, or applied towards the purchase of gift certificates.
o Applicable rollover credits may be redeemed only toward non-member service rates and may only be applied as one (1) credit per service, per visit, per person.
o Rollover credits may not be combined or aggregated into a lump sum to cover multiple services or visits.
o Any rollover credits are subject to the expiration policy stated in “Membership Policies”.

Standard Membership Policies
o Enrollment Fee: $55 one-time, non-refundable, transferable, applicable towards service(s) or merchandise.
o Minimum Commitment: 3 months. After this period, the agreement continues on a month-to-month basis until cancelled by the Member.
o Cancellation After Commitment: Member may cancel with written notice to location email at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.
o Billing: Auto-billed monthly on the original enrollment date (please allow 4 days prior or later the billing date based on bank holidays and auto-pay processor).
o Credit Expiration: Credits expire after six (6) months if unused or may be applied to non-member services at converted cash value.
o Non-Transferable: Services and credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value except as stated above.
o Transfer-Fee: If choosing to treat a loved one to one or more of your rollover credits there is a non-refundable $20 transfer fee per service transferred.
Automatic Renewal Disclosure
This membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis after the minimum term unless cancelled according to this Agreement.
I give my express consent to the automatic renewal of this membership until I choose to cancel it.
Cancelation
You may cancel using the same method you used to sign up (online, email, phone, or in person), without unreasonable barriers. Please expect a response as a final confirmation of a successful membership cancelation.
Pricing
If prices increase, VIDA by VTL will notify you between 7 and 30 days in advance and provide you the opportunity to cancel before the new rate takes effect.
Changes to Services or Facilities
If VIDA by VTL substantially reduces or discontinues services or facilities described in this agreement, you may cancel and receive a prorated refund of any unused portion of your membership. Temporary closures for repairs or maintenance are not considered substantial changes.
Default and Suspension
If your payment method is declined, VIDA by VTL will notify you and provide seven (7) days to bring your account current. Membership privileges may be suspended during delinquency.
Notice of Modifications
VIDA by VTL reserves the right to modify benefits, pricing, or services with thirty (30) days’ written notice. You may cancel before changes take effect if you do not agree with them.
Privacy and Data Protection
VIDA by VTL collects and uses personal data only for billing, communication, and membership purposes. We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at: vidadanapoint@gmail.com.
Legal Provisions
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
Venue: Orange County, CA.
